* I manage my business from home, with no external staff, and therefore COVID will NOT impact the receipt, draft or creation of your order. 

* I do not use Australia Post's ecommerce collection service. I can guarantee your order will continue to be dispatched to a Post Office ON TIME. and in most cases EARLIER than estimated.

* There may, however, be delays to the delivery of your order and this is likely to be related to the postal service's staffing issues or any changes to its services.

* I would kindly direct you to the Australia Post website for its current position or news articles reporting the latest impact to services prior to placing your order.

* I am able to provide accurate DISPATCH dates but unfortunately I'm unable to provide accurate or reliable estimated DELIVERY dates.
